Näille sivuille olen valinnut teoskuvia, jotka edustavat sitä mitä olen. Toteutan teokseni pääasiassa pastelliliiduilla. Lisäksi toteutan teoksia muiden perinteisten kuvataiteen tekniikoin, kuten taidegrafiikan menetelmin, veistäen ja maalaten, yhdistelen myös mielellään eri tekniikoita, teoksen henkeen sopivin keinoin.
Materiaalien ja tekniikoiden valinta yleensä määräytyy sen hetkisen tilanteen sekä aihealueen mukaan. Toisinaan kaiken voi määrätä puhdas sattuma. Jokaisella teoksellani on oma tarinansa. Niihin piirtyy tunnetiloja, tapahtumia mieli- ja muistikuvia. Kuten niin monelle kuvantekijälle, myös minulle, ovat teokset kuin visuaalinen päiväkirja, tulkintoja maailmasta jossa elän. Taiteen käsityöläisenä minulle mieleistä on myös toteuttaa taiteellisia töitä toivomusten mukaan, oman käsialani ja luonteeni puitteissa.

For these pages, I have chosen works of art that represent who I am. I make my works mainly with pastel crayons. In addition, I create works using other traditional fine art techniques, such as printmaking methods, sculpting and painting, I also like to combine different techniques, in ways that suit the spirit of the work.
The choice of materials and techniques is usually determined by the current situation and the subject area. Sometimes everything can be determined by pure chance. Each of my works has its own story. Emotional states, events, mental and memory images are drawn on them. As for so many artists, including me, the works are like a visual diary, interpretations of the world in which I live. As an art craftsman, I also like to realize artistic works according to wishes, within the framework of my own craft and character.
